5 Must Visit Destinations For Techies 

You are Tech savvy? You love the thrill of scientific stuffs more than sunny beaches and a trip to a science museum over an adventurous trekking? Then you've come the right place!!

We can’t promise anything, but a visit to these places might be the thing you would like the most. So, let's take a dive into the list of "5 Must Visit Destinations For Techies".

Please bear in mind, like our previous list, this list won't be in any particular order.  The list is not limited to these five places, but for starters let's get on with these for now. Shall we ? 

1)  Boeing Factory (Everett, Washington, U.S.A)

The 98.3 acre building is so vast, it has its own fire department, medical clinic, and a water treatment plant.  The Future of Flight aviation center features plenty of interactive exhibits designed to teach you about aircraft design and aviation. You’ll then get to take a tour through the actual facility for a behind-the-scenes look that is so legit you aren’t even allowed to take pictures. 

Visiting a building measuring 472 million cubic meters is pretty cool, isn't it? But on top of that you get to watch 747’s being assembled. That’s worth a special trip.

2) The Atomium (Brussels, Belgium)

Originally constructed for the 1958 Brussels World’s Fair, The Atomium is a landmark building in Brussels (Belgium).
It stands at 335 ft(102 meters) tall. Its nine 59 ft(18-metre-diameter) stainless steel clad spheres are connected in the shape of a unit cell that could represent an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times.

It includes 5 habitable spheres,which include halls, exhibits and other such public places,while the top sphere is reserved for a restaurant that gives a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Brussels.

3) Go Gadget Shopping Center (Huaqiangbei, Shenzen, China)

This a rather different entry to this list, located in Huaqiangbeiin Shenzen also known to be China's Silicon Valley.

It's heaven for geeks like us, and for others, a super-hub for technology and gadgets. It is the world’s greatest electronic market and anything you might wish for, can be found there. On the other hand, it takes courage and preparation to go to Huaqiangbei and find exactly what you are looking for, at the best price.

The mall houses all aspects of technology. It has the latest and biggest technology and is a hot spot for many interested in futuristic devices.

This mall also offers numerous discounts which you would not be able to find elsewhere. It's just like Black Friday Sale all the time!

4) The Computer History Museum (Mountain View, California, U.S.A)

Going back to the U.S. for another entry on this list to visit The Computer History Museum.The world’s largest museum dedicated to Information Age artifacts, the Computer History Museum is right at home in Silicon Valley.
The Computer History Museum (CHM) is a museum established in 1996.
It showcases the stories and artifacts of the information age and explores the computer revolution and its impact on society.

The Computer History Museum holds the largest and most important collection of computer artifacts in the world.The collection comprises nearly 90,000 objects, photographs and films, as well as 4,000 feet (1,200 m) of cataloged documentation and several hundred gigabytes of software.


This includes many rare or one-of-a-kind objects such as a Cray-1 supercomputer, the 1969 Neiman Marcus Kitchen Computer, an Apple I and many more.

5) Science World (Vancouver, Canada)

It is located at the end of False Creek, Vancouver. Science World is a science center run by a not-for-profit organization, It features many permanent interactive exhibits and displays, as well as areas with varying topics throughout the years.

Prior to the building being handed over to Science World by the city government in 1987, the building was built as Expo Centre for the Expo 86 world's fair after which the building was re-purposed as a science centre.

The main attraction of Science World is the geodesic dome which contains a whole museum inside of it. Science World ignites the imagination with hands-on interactive exhibits, jaw-dropping live science shows, and the giant-screen OMNIMAX Theatre.It is decorated in lights on the outside, making it really stand out at night. The museum even allows visitors to change the color of the lights on the outside!
